What if talking about safety could also be a game?
The #QSE teams at Groupe Europe Handling have developed a 36-card game dedicated to human factors in our airport operations. Today, it is being presented at Groupe ADP’s #SafetyForum at the Maison de l’Environnement at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Each card features a real-life operational situation: fatigue, distraction, time pressure, poor communication, routine, loss of vigilance, inappropriate initiative… situations that anyone can encounter in the field.
The idea is simple: encourage reactions, spark discussion, and share best practices among colleagues.
Because an effective safety culture goes beyond rules displayed on a wall. It is also built through dialogue, collective awareness, and everyone’s ability to question their own reflexes and habits.
This fun, interactive tool provides a practical, accessible, and engaging way to address topics that can sometimes be complex.
Another way of reminding us that when it comes to safety, human factors remain at the heart of operational performance.
