GROUPE EUROPE HANDLING

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Reducing the environmental impact of our activity

On May 21, 2026, Groupe Europe Handling organized a FOD WALK at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, bringing together employees from various subsidiaries to clean certain ramp areas. This initiative aims to raise awareness about Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and the risks it poses to airport safety. It is regularly carried out by Groupe Europe Handling and other stakeholders in the aviation industry.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The analysis of Groupe Europe Handling’s environmental impacts highlights two priority issues:

The reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and local pollutants

  • Reduction of fuel consumption and progressive electrification of vehicles and ground support equipment
  • Optimization of employees’ commuting mobility

The management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste

  • Reduction of waste production at the source
  • Improvement of waste sorting, recycling, and recovery

Taking the environment into consideration in all its components is at the heart of our concerns.
The integration of issues related to resource preservation, nuisance reduction, risk control, and the energy transition now constitutes a major focus of our decision-making and contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality of our operations.

As part of this continuous improvement and environmental performance approach, Groupe Europe Handling is ISO 14001 certified, the international reference standard for environmental management systems.
