Europe Handling Group committed to gender equality.
The Professional Equality Index enables companies to measure, each year, the gaps and inequalities between women and men by obtaining a score out of 100, and thus to highlight the points for progress on which to act when these disparities are unjustified.
The index, out of 100 points, is composed of 4 to 5 indicators depending on the size of the company:
- The gender pay gap
- The gap in the distribution of individual increases
- The gap in the distribution of promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees)
- The number of female employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave
- Parity among the 10 highest earners
For Europe Handling Group subsidiaries where the indicators can be calculated, the scores obtained are between 95 and 100.
