Summer Season Operational Performance
This Thursday, Groupe Europe Handling gathered its management team to review the operational performance of the summer season.
An essential assessment to identify our successes, areas for improvement, and to continue providing optimal service quality to our airline clients and partners.
On the agenda:
- Analysis of our results, our operations during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and identification of best practices,
- Strengthening of our safety and security procedures for ever more reliable operations,
- Discussions on innovative solutions to better prepare for the next season.
Safety and security will be the guiding theme of our operational strategy for 2025.
To ensure the continuity of our actions, we are implementing solid and ambitious training initiatives, including a management program focused on ecological, demographic, and digital transitions.
This program aims to strengthen our teams’ skills and anticipate tomorrow’s challenges for an ever safer, more resilient, and sustainable work environment.
The day’s work was concluded by the presence of Nathalie Jaoui, CEO of Groupe Europe Handling and Groupe CRIT France.
Thank you to our employees for their commitment to this continuous improvement dynamic and to Claire Bouteyre for her methodological support and her ability to transform our ideas into words and actions!
Together, we continue to build an ever safer and more committed Groupe Europe Handling.
