We recently took on a real logistical and operational challenge by welcoming the Spanish Paralympic delegation on flight IB3444. This flight was a major test for all of us, and we successfully completed the mission with flying colors.

🌧️ Despite challenging weather conditions and a few unexpected events, we adapted swiftly and demonstrated remarkable responsiveness. Although the race against time was tight, we all gained a unique experience and valuable lessons for the future.

The Olympic Games have just ended, and we already have the honor of welcoming the flights carrying the first delegations of Paralympic athletes!

On this occasion, we’re proud to implement a special system to ensure that each Paralympic athlete can retrieve their personal wheelchair right upon exiting the plane. This was the case tonight for the 22 athletes on the Korean Air flight.

It’s essential that processes adapt to the needs of passengers with disabilities, not the other way around.

Inclusivity is not just a value; it’s a concrete action. We will continue pushing boundaries to offer each person a travel experience that meets their expectations in partnership with our airline clients.

Thanks to the Off Olympic Process – OAP –, we have set up a dedicated luggage check-in directly at the Olympic Village in collaboration with Groupe ADP and Paris 2024 – the Organizing Committee for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

An initiative designed to simplify athletes’ departures and provide them with a smooth, stress-free travel experience.

Because after all the hard work, every detail matters to ensure their return is as pleasant as their performances on the field! ✈️🧳
