The Passion for Service

When Karan was invited to meet high school students specializing in Hospitality and Commerce to talk about his profession, he didn’t hesitate for a second.

Sharing his daily life as a ground agent — his stories, challenges, and the pride of welcoming the world to Paris every day — made for a genuine and inspiring moment.

Through these exchanges, GEH – Groupe Europe Handling continues its commitment alongside Groupe ADP to:
👉 bring schools and companies closer together,
👉 showcase airport professions,
👉 and inspire a new generation to write its own aviation story.

GEH – Groupe Europe Handling was present on October 2 at the Aerojob Forum, held at Paris–Le Bourget Airport.
This key event offered a great opportunity to meet new talents and showcase the wide range of professions within ground handling services.

As a member of AEROWORK, GEH also presented this innovative recruitment platform, which highlights job opportunities in the sector and facilitates connections between candidates and employers.
Many motivated applicants attended, and several promising resumes were collected — paving the way for future collaborations.

Our thanks go to all the teams involved, as well as to Groupe ADP, France Travail, and the Mission Locale Paris Terres d’Envol for their commitment to making this event a success.

GEH believes in the power of these moments of exchange — bringing companies and talents closer together and strengthening the visibility of the airport ecosystem.

✈️ Next step: continuing discussions with the candidates we met to build the future of ground handling, together.

This morning, during RunwayConnexion #2 — organized by AIRH and AEROWORK at the Maison de l’Environnement of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport — GEH – Groupe Europe Handling had the pleasure of taking part in a meeting dedicated to local and inclusive employment.

Christophe Blondel, Secretary General of GEH and Vice-President of AIRH’s Attractiveness Committee, spoke to highlight the central role of collective action: bringing together companies, public stakeholders, and local partners to connect local talent with the needs of airport professions.

Marcia Thambithurai, a team member from the EH subsidiary, shared her professional journey — a powerful testimony that perfectly embodies the AEROWORK spirit: creating real opportunities and building sustainable career paths.

Many thanks to Régis Lacote, Director of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, and Benoît Helt, President of AIRH, for their inspiring remarks, as well as to all partners for this rich and forward-looking exchange.

GEH remains deeply committed to making the airport a driver of employment, inclusion, and social innovation.
