The Olympic Games have just ended, and we already have the honor of welcoming the flights carrying the first delegations of Paralympic athletes!

On this occasion, we’re proud to implement a special system to ensure that each Paralympic athlete can retrieve their personal wheelchair right upon exiting the plane. This was the case tonight for the 22 athletes on the Korean Air flight.

It’s essential that processes adapt to the needs of passengers with disabilities, not the other way around.

Inclusivity is not just a value; it’s a concrete action. We will continue pushing boundaries to offer each person a travel experience that meets their expectations in partnership with our airline clients.
